My practice originates from the desire to support people in feeling empowered and more content with their lives. By working together in a confidential and supportive space, we can explore the challenges and struggles you are facing and work out techniques to enable you to live with a greater sense of well-being and self-confidence.
I offer counselling in English and German.
I studied psychology at the University of Aberdeen and specialized in mental health in my MSc at King’s College London. As part of my studies, my practical experiences in several mental health services also within the National Health Service (NHS), and my personal interest in mindfulness, I am familiar with a range of techniques to support individuals with their struggles.
Each person’s situation is unique, and I approach every individual knowing the importance of understanding their unique needs rather than being directed by one specific theory. For this, I draw from elements of mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy, to provide a rounded and holistic approach which is personalized to you. Thanks to my experience, I am able to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment where you can feel acknowledged, heard and supported.
Alongside my mental health support, I am Human Resource Manager, working with people from diverse backgrounds.
